Calvin's Career Center has a track record of putting on professional development conferences on campus in Grand Rapids. This winter, we're branching out to the west coast for a lakeshore employer conference on a topic that's important to all organizations: how to work effectively across multiple generations in the workforce.
David Bolt, a 1999 Calvin graduate and President of GMB AE, has successfully implemented innovative methods to ensure employees from the multiple generations working alongside each other can succeed in their roles.
From allowing employees to work from offices in multiple cities to giving them power over designing their work environment, GMB’s practices have revolutionized the attitudes and loyalty of their employees spanning all generations of their workforce.
