The final Career Breakfast for the 2019-2020 academic year will welcome Sarah Warpinski Ladd who is a 2005 Calvin grad, with degrees in International Development and Spanish. She is currently the Human Trafficking Child Protection Program Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Sarah has her law degree from the University of Michigan and teaches courses on human trafficking at the University of Toledo. She has worked on the Human Trafficking Protection Project with Legal Aid of Western Ohio, was a project manager for AWLLC doing editorial consultancy for UNICEF annual results reports, volunteered with The Advocates for Human Rights, and served as the Executive Director for Light of Hope Kenya. Her career focus has centered around humanitarian efforts, human rights and human trafficking prevention, in the U.S. and globally.
