About our speaker
Kevin Timpe has the William H. Jellema Chair in Christian Philosophy at Calvin University since 2016, specializing in free will, philosophy of disability, and virtue ethics. He has written or edited 11 books, as well as over 60 articles in journals or edited collections. He is currently working on a book on embodiment and another on ways that disabilities impact human agency. He has also been a visiting professor at Calvin Theological Seminary, Innsbruck University, and Peking University; and was a research fellow at Oxford University.
