Pause for a moment and let your mind and spirit be captivated by the sounds of passion and notes of perfection. The Notes at Noon series returns for its second season full of bold performances. This one-hour musical experience will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Each experience includes a half recital and casual reception.
Nathan Musch holds a B.A. from Calvin College and a M.M. from Western Michigan University, both in Trombone Performance. His principal teachers include Dr. Steve Wolfinbarger, Professor of Trombone at Western Michigan University, and Daniel Mattson of the Grand Rapids Symphony. Nathan has also studied with Michael Mulcahy of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Per Brevig of The Juilliard School. An active freelance musician, Nathan has performed with the Grand Rapids Symphony, Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, and Holland Symphony Orchestra. Nathan teaches trombone and euphonium at Calvin College, as well as private students from the greater Grand Rapids area.
