Brian Harris, company founder of Green Collar Farms LLC
Green Collar Farms LLC has begun growing leafy greens locally year-round using a shipping container retrofitted for vertical hydroponic agriculture. Founder, Brian Harris, will share how his company’s hyper-local strategy for growing nutritious crops holistically resolves issues with resource-intensive global agriculture, climate instability, urban vitality, and food awareness. Says Harris, “Our motto is ‘Sowing Seeds Daily’... because indoor agriculture does more than grow food, it feeds the body, the mind, and the soul.”
