Sheila Wray Gregoire (https://sheilawraygregoire.com/) is the author of eleven books including The Great Sex Rescue and She Deserves Better, and the founder of the Bare Marriage blog and podcast. Sheila calls the church to more than just pat answers by conducting research to find out what advice works--and what really doesn't. She has been writing and speaking about marriage and family since 2003, and specifically about sex since 2010. Sheila and her colleagues Rebecca Gregoire Lindenbach and Joanna Sawatsky conducted the largest study ever done on evangelical women's marital and sexual satisfaction, and their study shed light on the church's common teachings about marriage and sexuality that actually make things worse. By claiming Jesus' promise that we "may have life to the full," they are changing the church's conversations about sex and relationships.
