Our speaker is Michael Bérubé. He's a professor at Penn State, the Edwin Erie Sparks Professor of Literature, and the Director of the Institute for the Arts and Humanities. He'll be giving a talk on the state of the humanities and the liberal arts tradition ("Yes, the Humanities Can Pay Your Bills) on 9/22 and the other is on disability ("The Meaning of Life") on 9/23.
