The provost’s office is sponsoring a panel to discuss ChatGPT—all from the campus are invited to attend.
It will be Monday, March 6 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm in the Chapel.
We will have the following panelists: Ken Arnold and Derek Schuurman (Computer Science), Kristine Johnson (English and the Rhetoric Center), Pennylyn Dykstra-Pruim (Provost’s Office), Rob Bobeldyk (Associate CIO and Global Campus), and Brian Paige (VP, CIO).
The conversation will provide some background understanding of ChatGPT, perspective and framing for moving forward, and connection points to follow-on opportunities and resources for engaging ChatGPT in various spaces on campus. A recording of the session will be available to those who cannot attend.
