Parlez-vous français? Regardless, you are invited to join the Calvin Wind Ensemble for a delightful evening of French music. The program features a variety of works, dating from the French Revolution (Charles Simon Catel’s Overture in C) to the mid-twentieth century (Darius Milhaud’s Suite Francaise). Hyesook Kim, Calvin’s applied piano instructor, will be featured in Oliver Messiaen’s Oiseaux Exotiques.
