The Calvin College Gospel Choir will present their fall concert on November 20 at 3pm. This will be the first performance with the ensemble's new director, Prof. Nate Glasper, Jr.
Nate Glasper, Jr. serves as a part-time faculty member of Calvin College as Director of the Calvin College Gospel Choir. In addition to serving at Calvin College, he is a member of Grace for the Nations Church in Grand Rapids, MI. where he serves as Executive Liaison as well as Worship Director. He is currently the director and founder of Camp Judah: Fine Arts Camp, in partnership with The Growth Center Inc., a faith-based non-profit 501c3. where he also serves as a board member. He travels nationally and internationally as an independent recording artist and has released several praise and worship CD projects. Most recently Nate has been afforded the opportunity to coordinate and direct the newly formed Gospel Choir of Grand Rapids Christian High School. Nate is married to his lovely wife Cindy and they both reside in Kentwood, MI.
