Join Calvin mom and GR Running Tours ambassador Amy Kornoelje on this “Lapping the Landmarks” tour of downtown Grand Rapids.
This event is sold out.
We’ll cruise by Campau Square, named after the founding father of Grand Rapids, on our way to explore some of the city’s historic sites, museums, Indian mounds, hotels, bridges, churches, the Medical Mile, the Grand River and more—all neatly contained in a downtown loop.
Cost with group discount: $15/person. This event has a maximum capacity of 30 people.
What’s the pace? This will be a walking tour covering a little over two miles in around 90 minutes.
What’s the rain plan? We won’t cancel unless there’s torrential rain or lightening.
Where do we meet? Where do we park? This tour starts and ends at the JW Marriott. We recommend parking across the street in the Louis Campau parking ramp at 43 Monroe Ave NW 49503 ($5 for two hours), and downtown street parking is free in many locations on the weekend.
