The Great Canadian Train Ride with Doug Jones
Viewers will cross Canada on one of the last great trans-continental trains, the “Canadian,” which was refurbished to the luxurious condition of its inaugural run in 1955. Photographer Doug Jones invites armchair travelers to experience the “most romantic form of travel in the world” by boarding the train in Toronto as it begins a ride across the provinces of Ontario and Manitoba, with stops in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, and Edmonton, and on to Saskatchewan and into the heart of the Canadian Rockies.
