On Monday, December 8, the Calvin Symphonic Band will present a varied program featuring pieces that are chronologically linked—representative works by composers of the same generation. The program will include An Original Suite by Gordon Jacob, Variations on a Korean Folk Song by John Barnes Chance, Paper Cut by Alex Shapiro (which makes use of an electronic track and a ream of paper), and Melodious Thunk by David Biedenbender. This concert featuring “Partners in Time” begins at 7:30 pm in the CFAC Auditorium. 

TICKETS: Admission is free; tickets are not required.
