Genetically Modified Foods: To Eat or Not to Eat
Facing a cacophony of conflicting information about GMOs, how does a health- and planet-conscious individual decide whether to eat or avoid foods with these ingredients? In this seminar we will explore different types of GMOs, what’s behind the conflicting information, and some scientific and ethical considerations that can inform this decision.
