Join Calvin’s Career Center and Dr. Phil Gardner, retired Executive Director of the Collegiate Employment Research Institute (CERI), for Dr. Gardner’s latest data from the Recruiting Trends survey.
Participants will get a first-hand look at the most recent recruiting trends influencing the college labor market, as reported by data collected from many local and national employers. Unlike previous years and even the previous decade, this year’s academic research report and survey findings is of special significance for both employers and career centers. The scope of insight provided regarding global and regional employment across industries during this novel pandemic will help us understand its impact on career outcomes by major and degree level.
Phil Gardner is nationally recognized for research on the transition from college to work, employment readiness of college graduates and assessment of learning in the workplace.
This event is co-sponsored by Calvin Career Center, MCEEA and Hello West Michigan. Members of MCEEA receive a discount (registration is $15 for MCEEA members).
