The 2016-17 Season Concludes with Symphonic Band!
On Tuesday, May 9, the Calvin Symphonic Band wraps up its concert season with a program featuring pieces that incorporate various hymn tunes. Highlights include William Schuman’s Chester, David Maslanka’s Prelude on a Gregorian Tune, Francis McBeth’s Grace Praeludium, and Fergal Carroll’s Cathedral Variations. Come enjoy a diverse program of “Hymnody.” The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Covenant Fine Arts Center Auditorium.
