- July 29, 2020–August 19, 2020
Incoming students, join us for weekly online workshops hosted by university pastor Mary Hulst and student interns from campus ministries.
As you get ready for your Calvin experience, are you asking any of these questions:
- “I don’t know much about the bible. Will religion classes be harder for me?”
- “My church is ‘nondenominational.’ Does that matter?”
- “I have never studied theology before and I’m not even sure what that means.”
- “I’m excited to go to Calvin, but I’ve never seen Christianity in the classroom. What does that look like?”
If you are, you are not alone, and our University Pastor is eager to help.
Pastor Mary Hulst will be leading four different workshops for incoming students on these topics: bible knowledge, the study of theology, churches and denominations, and Christian faith in the classroom. This is a great way to get your questions answered before you arrive on campus.
Each workshop will be one hour long. Each session is unique—please attend as many as you are able! Please REGISTER and let us know we can plan on you!
