Eric K. Foster, Principal for Progress Strategies+, is the presenter for this workshop. Eric brings years of experience as a consultant and administrator of diversity initiatives on the local and national level. This workshop begins with an overview of three related concepts – bias, assumptions, and stereotypes. The workshop will help participants explore “what we think we know, about who we know, when we thought we knew them, and why.”
