Calvin College English professor Roy Anker will explore the moral-spiritual dimension in a number of films from the past and present with the use of video clips. Professor Anker's areas of specialization are in film and cinematic studies. He attended the 2008 Cannes Film Festival in southern France and wrote about his impressions of the films he saw there for Book and Culture magazine.
