Guest Artist Series presents Cantus
Hailed as “the premier men’s vocal ensemble in the United States” (Fanfare) and winner of the prestigious Margaret Hillis Award for Choral Excellence from Chorus America, Cantus is acknowledged around the world for their programmatic versatility, artistic excellence and charismatic personality.
Cantus' program, "The Four Loves", explores our most complex human emotion which has been a timeless inspiration for artistic expression. In addition to works by Poulenc, Grieg, Beethoven and Janacek, “The Four Loves” includes brand new works by David Lang, Joseph Gregorio, Ysaye Barnwell and Roger Treece.
