Travel
If you arrive at Gerald R. Ford Airport, taxi and other on-demand ride services are available; Calvin’s campus is a 15-minute drive away.If you live more than 150 miles from campus, Calvin will reimburse up to $200 of your travel costs. Submit your travel receipts at the program; Calvin will mail a reimbursement check to you.
Lodging
One night of lodging is provided. You may choose to stay with a Calvin student host or, if you are accompanied by a parent/guardian, at a nearby hotel. One night of lodging is provided for your parents/guardians.

Friday, February 7
8:45 a.m. Fridays at Calvin campus visit program (optional, but encouraged)
5:00 p.m. Check-in at Prince Conference Center at Calvin University
6:00 p.m. Opening dinner and program
8:30 p.m. Evening social activities with current Calvin students
Saturday, February 8
7:30 a.m. Breakfast at Prince Conference Center
9:00 a.m. Interviews with Calvin faculty, staff , and students
12:00 p.m. Closing lunch
