Join the Calvin Prison Initiative for a screening of the upcoming docuseries College Behind Bars, premiering November 25 & 26 on PBS station WGVU. College Behind Bars explores the transformative power of education through the eyes of incarcerated men and women trying to earn college degrees and turn their lives around in one of the most rigorous and effective prison education programs in the United States-the Bard Prison Initiative. College Behind Bars is executive produced by Ken Burns.
Following the screening, the Calvin Prison Initiative will host a panel discussion regarding prison education in Michigan. Panelists include:
