Sarah and Ben will discuss the principles of local, sustainable agriculture and year round vegetable farming, their careers in farming, and some of the opportunities for employment and involvement in local, sustainable agriculture. Sarah's background is in organic production and Ben's background is in hydroponic indoor agriculture production.
