Join us November 20 in the Meeter Center Lecture Hall at 7:00pm for "Withering, Weathering or Witnessing: Race and Racism" a Story Table about experiencing race and racism in the US. Joel Westra, Elisha Marr, Khyree Williams, Virginia Van Andel, and Pennylyn Dykstra-Pruim will gather around a table and share reflections about their experiences and observations. Observers are invited to listen deeply and reflect on their experiences. The Story Table will be followed up with a Conversation Café on Monday, November 25 from 11 - 1 to extend the opportunities of sharing personal reflections and experiences to those in attendance of the Story Table. This event is sponsored by the Michelle Loyd-Paige (Office of the President) and Pennylyn Dykstra-Pruim (Office of the Provost). This event counts as CCPD credit.
