- 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Bunker Interpretive Center Lab
All community guests are welcome to drop in to create some of our favorite art projects using leaves and seeds or make a watercolor using natural paints.
Then feel free to wander the scenic trails amid the fall foliage. There's a new north loop trail opening in October! While you are out, make your mark by creating a piece of land art from natural materials you find in the forest--leaving it behind for others to enjoy and add to is part of the fun.
This event is free and no registration is required.
Light refreshments will be offered.
P.S. Do you have extra nature-based children's books sitting at home? Consider donating them to the Little Free Library at the Bunker Center! Donations of gently-used contemporary fiction and nonfiction books for all ages are accepted too.
