Irish Chamber Orchestra with Leon Fleisher, piano
Consisting of high caliber Irish and international string players, the Irish Chamber Orchestra has gained a reputation as a vibrant, refreshing, and influential force on the classical and contemporary music scene. Pianist Leon Fleisher's illustrious career has spanned 67 years and established him as one of the premier classical pianists in the world. The program will include Joseph Haydn’s Symphony No. 96 in D. Major “The Miracle”, Sergei Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto (Left Hand), No. 4, Op. 53, Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin’s Irish Work and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, Op. 92.
