Laurie Lemmen

Biography

Laurie's work focuses on project management for the Calvin Global Campus, expanding Calvin's reach to new learning communities, as well as the de Vries Global Faculty Development Institute. Prior to this role, she served for 16 years in the Career Center, planning career fairs and other events and managing, Calvin LifeWork program and more. A creative type who is still detail-oriented, Laurie is a recovering perfectionist who loves to think out of the box and dream up innovative solutions. Laurie holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from Calvin. Her eclectic past work experiences include managing an art studio, teaching English in Budapest, wrangling a state legislator, and coordinating accreditation for Calvin's education department.
