Combined SPCC/PIPP

Basic information

Calvin University is required to implement and comply with Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rules as regulated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and Pollution Incident Prevention Plan (PIPP) rules as regulated by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment (MDNRE). Both sets of rules were written to prevent oil, salt, and/or other polluting materials from entering waterways.
