Calvin's Smoking Policy
In order to provide a clean, healthy, productive, and safe environment for all, smoking and the use of tobacco products is prohibited on all Calvin University owned and/or leased locations/premises, all internal and external areas, all entrances and exits, and all college owned and/or leased vehicles.
For the purpose of this policy, smoking is defined as the act of lighting, smoking, carrying a lighted or smoldering cigarette, pipe, or cigar, and use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and the like. Use of all tobacco products, including herbal and other types of cigarettes, and smokeless/chewing tobacco, will be prohibited.
This policy applies to all students, faculty, and staff, as well as all customers, contractors, vendors, clients, and visitors to Calvin’s campus or Calvin-owned property.
