Q: When do meal plans end?

A: Meal plans will end on May 2, 2024 after Dinner Service.
Q: Will my meal plan roll over into the Fall semester?

A: No, all meal plans and Knightbucks will expire at the end of each semester. Please note that Faculty/Staff meal plans expire at the end of the Spring Semester.
Q: I have special dietary needs. What resources are available to me?

A: If you have any special dietary needs, please take time to review our Nutrition page. From there, we can set up a meeting with our executive chefs to develop a safe plan for you.

Q: Where can I get a Green2Go container?

A: You may purchase into the Green2Go program for $5 at any checker stand in Knollcrest or Commons dining halls.
Q: Where do I apply to work with dining?

Q: Is Johnny's open to the public?

A: Yes, the public is welcome. We accept Knightbucks, credit and debit payments. Cash is not accepted at any retail or dining hall location. View dining hours.

Q: Is Peet's open to the public?

A: Yes, the public is welcome. We accept Knightbucks, credit and debit payments. Cash is not accepted at any retail or dining hall location.
Q: Does Peet's sell merchandise?

A: Yes, Peet's does sell cups, mugs, Yeti cups and more. Merchandise can be purchased with Knightbucks, credit and debit only.

A: Yes, Knight Bucks are accepted.
Q:Where is Knight Fuel located?

A: There is a Knight Fuel Market in DeVos Communication Building, Spoelhof Center, and the Fieldhouse.
Q: When is the Knight Fuel Market open?

A: Knight Fuel Market is open whenever their respective buildings are open. Knight Fuel will be open this summer!
Q: What does the Knight Fuel Market offer?

A: Knight Fuel Market offers a variety of snacks, candy, drinks, as well as house-made and frozen grab n go meals.

Q: Does Prince still offer discounts to Parents of Calvin Students?

A: Yes, 15% off by using the “PRNT” promotional code when making a reservation.
Q: If the Prince Conference Center is owned by Calvin University, are the rooms like dorms?

A: No, we feature 69 rooms with standard hospitality amenities. View our rooms.
Q: Is transportation accommodations available?

A: No, but there are local Lyft and Uber options available. Yellow Taxi can be reached at (616) 459-4646.
Q: Do you have an on-site restaurant?

A: No, but we do serve banquets and dinners for groups of all sizes, from 4 to 350. We are also within walking distance of Johnny's Cafe and Peet's Coffee on campus.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to check in date and time.
Q: What are your hotel policies?

Q: Are service dogs allowed?

A: No, but an ADA compliant Service Dog is permitted on premise. At check-in, the guest must register the ADA compliant Service Dog by providing a required signature on the Pet Policy and Agreement. The guest is responsible to strictly abide by all policies listed on the signed Prince Conference Center and Hotel Service Animal Policy. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the room at any time, whether or not the dog is in a kennel or crate.

Q: What dining locations will be open in the Summer?

A: We are planning for the Knight Fuel Markets to be open for the Summer, as well as Peet's with limited hours Monday-Thursday. Please continue to visit the FAQ for the latest and up to date information.
