- During this course, students spend three weeks immersed in Mexican culture and Spanish language while living with families in Merida, Yucatan. (4 Credits)

- This class is an opportunity for students to engage a rich tradition and connect it to their own practices and those of people around them in Florence, the city of Dante’s birth. (2 Credits)

- How can successful conservation work occur such that the well-being of local people is not compromised or even promoted? And how can human-centered development work be done in such a way that the natural ecosystem to which humans belong is not degraded? (2 Credits)

- Students will learn about nursing in Kenya through hands-on experiences in community clinics and villages, while also exploring Kenyan culture through activities like safari drives and local markets. (2 Credits)

- Explore and understand the cultural perspectives on health among the Native American Navajo and Zuni communities, while engaging in service delivery at healthcare facilities to promote cross-cultural understanding. (2 Credits)
